Foot Care
Basic foot care, including treatment of skin and nail conditions that require special attention, such as corns, calluses, thickened nails, and ingrown nails.

Foot Therapy
Foot therapy supports overall foot health, prevents pain, and helps restore a natural walking pattern. Each treatment is individually planned, taking into account foot structure, posture, and daily strain.

Custom Orthotic Insoles
Custom-made orthotic insoles are designed based on the structure of your feet and how they are loaded during movement. They help relieve pain, correct misalignment, and support the foot, ankle, and lower limbs.

Massage and Body Care
Massage helps relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Treatments focus on the body as a whole, supporting recovery and overall well-being.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an effective method for pain management. Combining acupuncture with manual therapy (such as massage) often enhances treatment results and speeds up recovery.

Professional Qualifications

Podiatrist (BA)
A podiatrist is a licensed healthcare professional with a protected title in Finland. Podiatrists are registered and supervised by the Finnish health authorities (Valvira and Regional State Administrative Agencies). Podiatry services are considered healthcare and are exempt from VAT. Please note that KELA reimbursement is not available.

Massage Therapist
A massage therapist is a registered healthcare professional with a protected title. Practitioners are covered by mandatory patient insurance and supervised by Valvira. Professional qualifications can be verified through the public JulkiTerhikki register.
